A friend of mine who is fairly well connected with Broward County, Ft Lauderdale and Wilton manors local governments and I were exploring the possibility of a Ft Lauderdale / Wilton Manors WNBR. The feedback from his contacts was that while the local governments may be receptive to it, the state would never allow it to happen.
being in Melbourne it's a short drive to Cocoa Beach and Playlinda nude beach , there you can get a Backcountry pass and ride your bike nude between Playlinda and Apollo beach. it's been on my bucket list to do it only from Apollo to Playlinda and back. the pass unless the changed it is free and it's 13 miles between the two. gate fee unless changed $6.
