I am really glad knowing that there are nudist people practicing yoge (nude yoga). I believe that the benefits are of great importance for our existence, for our physical and mental helth.

You should try when you get a chance the feeling of the sun and air on bare skin while practicing yoga is awesome.

yeah it is amazing and great that it is increasing all the time in popularity. I travel the world and almost always find a naked yoga class in all cities now.
