Naked in the back garden
Return to DiscussionsFor the last few summer's I've been sunbathing in the back garden naked, careful placing covers over the washing lines to make a shield So not to upset the lady next door. I've just joined true nudist site and found out to my surprise that the lady nextdoor is a nudist and has had a naked afternoon tea party . So hopefully my shields can come down.
Best thing I did was bring it up to my neighbor we were texting back and forth I asked if they minded if I was nude in my yard it went quite but they came back they did not care , now I get to enjoy my backyard
Our new neighbours came to speak to us about cutting down his trees - after the event - to make sure we were okay about it. Mar did make comments about it spoiling the view, and about it removing our privacy. However as he was alone with him she didn't feel comfortable actually mentioning why the privacy was important to us.
Between us and them we have a 6ft wall which means that we can't see into each other's gardens but our garden is not only visible from their upstairs, but also the other 6 houses in their row.
Also because of the wall, if I wanted to "have the chat" I would need to get out my ladder :)

I mentioned I'd seen my neighbour on here and asumed she is a nudist, she's on a group called naked tea party, I've not had chance to chat to her yet so I'm pursuing she's a nudist, I would think so being on here, when I get the chance I will have a chat with her, I don't find anything fishy about what I put in the first place.

I have noticed that she does not appear to actually be a member of the group that uses her photo. Maybe she isn't a member of TN, but it doesn't alter the fact that she was happy to be photographed naked.
The question then is why was the photo taken in the first place? If it was for a Calendar Girls type situation (it is that kind of photo) then she may not actually be a nudist.
I go nude in my back yard/garden all the time now that we are empty nesters. As for the neighbors, we all have 2 and a 1/2 acre tracks and our house sits farther back on the property than both the neighbors by a good 50' or so. On one side there are palmetto bushes which block any site from their yard and on the other the foliage has filled in a lot of the view. Their horses might get a look see but rarely do I see anybody back there with them. My jacuzzi is on that end of the back deck and never had an issue with that either. Just yesterday I did a bunch of painting on the deck rails.
