Making privacy in the city
Return to DiscussionsSince I purchased my home in the suburbs, I've planted a complete privacy screening with trees and shrubs. Only problem I have now is watching out for police helicopters that like to buz around on occasion. I keep a towel handy to cover up if they fly over too close. Hopefully in the very near future I will relocate to a rural area for more privacy, less enclosure of my property, and a better feeling of freedom where I'm at.
I prefer not to have to hide myself on my own property from prying eyes!

We are *in* the city, but I've managed to let the front bushes grow high and add potted plants to hide us from plain sight. While we are on our front porch we can see out on to the busy streets and the surroundings and no one ever knows that we're enjoying ourselves on the porch grabbing our Vitamin D.
