Ive found that inserting and wearing a hollow (cum thru) penis plug is both stimulating and provides that little extra tug at the head of the penis. The challenge is comfortably inserting the plug with the correct size so that the plug can be retained for 24/7 wear. The benefit is a solid, steady stream when urinating.
