Jervis Bay and Southern Sydney
Return to DiscussionsI used to live at a place called Callala Beach on Jervis Bay and used to hide
behind the dunes. I was actually fonder of the beaches within the
army shooting range near Point Perpendicular at Curarong. It's
usually a popular weekend, picnic destination. However if one likes
to be there at other times during the week, there are great spots,
where one can take their gear off. The white, almost powdery sand
is highly reflective and one can get Sun and wind burnt quite
easily. Another beautiful Spot is Green Point, past Jervis bay army
settlement, which has got some adjacent little secluded beach
pockets, where people take their gear off.

Have you ever been to Hole in the wall or Scottish Rocks out near Murrays Beach?
