Thanks, if it's real meat steak I'll prefer between medium and rare. But it's so much else to put at the grill, like salmon, paprika filled with chevre (goat milk cheese) and tomatoes.

I'll be back with some recepies, but right now I'm off for my forest house for two weeks. Hope to have good weather and using the grill frequent for cooking.
