Your posts - full of good common sense, humor and reality checks are one of the reasons I became comfortable and active with this site and why Steve and I decided that we'd finally found the right site for us. So thank you for making us feel welcome and accepted. We hope you reconsider your decision to leave but if not - as a parting momento of our great esteem for you, we hope that you will accept this honorary supernudist cape that we have had especially made for you.(loudcheers - standing ovation from everyone).

I agree with Jen and Steve, sad when very active members leave.
Discovered the other day that same goes for my Forum Scrabble colleague TomTierny, recently welcomed as new member of this exclusive group. He's no longer member at True Nudists.
I noticed btw that at my account page the information is that there are 14 members of THIS group. But the number of members are only 12 now. Seems like the group membership information is sligthly unreliable. I thought is was updated continously, built in in the system.

I've noticed that on a few different groups. I see that as a good reason to actually check in on some of my groups from time to time.
...I'm sorry to report that we've lost another member. Earlashcroft has left the site. This may not mean much to some of the newer members here as most of you never got the chance to "meet" Earl. Earl was one of the first members (joined when there were less than 1000) on the site and one of the first butt-nakeders. He used to frequent the forums and chat room quite often. Always had great posts, good common-sense sound advice and a fun sense of humor. He's into photography and graphic arts - created a group for it - and always had interesting, fun and creative photos. Earl, those of us that knew you will miss you very much.

I read some of his posts from the older forum when I first joined and looked at older topics. Always seemed to have a good bit of insight into a lot of the topics and always made very good points. I never spoke with him but none the less hate to see a member with good input leave the site. You know why he left Jen?
Sorry to hear about Earl Ashcroft leaving. He was one the first to be on my friends list. What drew me to Earl is that he indicated that he was from my hometown, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Actually he works in Fort Wayne, but commutes from Michigan (a long commute). He helped me get acquainted with the chat room initial lingo. We used to exchange messages.
Jen, what you say about Earl is true. His postings in the forum were full of common sense.
Earl has been inactive for quite some time. I do wonder about him, positively.
Earl Ashcroft stopped posting on the forums around the time I started participating. As such, I never got to know him but his postings were worth reading. It's a shame that we can't seem to keep many ofthe good active members of TN interested in staying here. This is but one more reason to ignore the trolls and drama queens.
There sure was a great group of folks here in the beginning. It's a shame things got so ugly. I haven't been around in a long while and don't recognize most of you but I still check in from time to time to see how things have changed.
Hi Steve Azimuth, You were one of the most prolific posters here on TN when I signed up and then you sort of faded away from the public eye. I would wonder (or ask) why that happens but now I have, for the most part, done the same thing. I know why we move on from spending so much time on a website like this. Real life gets in the way of killing time.
