I agree. When I am at the beach down here. Usually Blind creek since it is the closest. if it starts to rain, I gather my stuff up under my umbrella and lower it to keep it dry, then go for a nice leisurely nude stroll in the warm rain. It is so nice and refreshing on a 90 day, plus it rinses off the salt water from the ocean. However, if I hear thunder, i am out of there. About a year after I moved to Florida, i was living in Hollywood and was on the beach, unfortunately horribly over dressed in a Speedo, when a thunderstorm blew in. It was a 90+ day and the rain felt so good. About 100 yards down the beach a guy got struck by lightning and killed. After realizing what had just happened, I hauled ass out of there.
Unfortunately, down here the rain is almost always accompanied with thunder.
