It included the statement " Its easier to get naked at 30 than 70."
My experience is the opposite. I'm 70 and find it much easier for me to get naked now than it was 40 years ago.
However, if they were using "get naked" as a euphemism for " have sex", I would agree.

I agree, at 30i would never have stripped off and enjoyed being naked, now in my later life i go naked when ever i can
Absolutely agree! But I look back at my younger self and wonder why the thought of being naked never popped into my head. I had opportunities on several beaches but I don't remember even considering it. It is seemly a matter of being older and wiser?
I think it's also the opposite, however it seems that for males it gets easier as we age, but in my experience the same doesn't go for females. At the mixed nudist events I've attended in the past, the mature women that were there typically had been widows of a nude couple and were there to maintain friendships that they had developed over the years, but were still outnumbered by senior males. At the all-male nudist gathering I've been attending every year since '04, the number of 50, 60 and 70 year olds are nearly as plentiful as the younger ones. As noted in an earlier post, I guess we get over our hang ups and want to expereince some of the more casual things we can still do that aren't too extreme, and also have a certain level of comradary built in. It gets to be about the common bonds, the freedom,...and not having to do a bunch of vacation laundry when we get back home.
