True Nudist Addicts.
It's generally recognised, that to overcome any addiction, you must first admit, that you are in fact addicted. So with that in mind, I have created this group for "TN Addicts" to come out of the closet and openly admit that they need help :) It is intended, not for those addicted to naturism, for we are all pretty much guilty of that, (and in most cases, that is not a problem) but...

Return to DiscussionsI didnt realize that I had a problem until I viewed my post count one day. My God, what had happened? It all began innocently enough, a little post, just to be sociable, than a response. I joined groups and got further corrupted. Large groups of nudists with similar interests, not communicating with one other. It seemed a shame.
I saw posts from those who I felt might do something to discredit nudism. My fingers would begin to type as if they had a mind of their own. Fortunately, to date Ive been able the avoid the hard stuff, the Chat Room.
I feel that some of the blame for my addiction belongs to, Cuddlebutton, Swifty, Rabbitnbunny, UKrudegirl and others whose interesting, informative and sometimes humorous posts have made it too difficult to kick the habit.
Im off to Google Internet Rehab. Im sure on the vast www. that there is help for me and others.
I have FOUR major addictions...nicotine, caffiene, sugar and TN.I am in the process of giving up three of them...can any one guess which addiction I plan on keeping?Jen
I'm only giving up two. Without the caffein. I couldn't get going on this one in the morning.

I'm only giving up two. Without the I wouldn't be able to support my other addiction in the morning.
LOL, Art...I'm looking forward to a few migrainy days without two of the addictions. Have a feeling I will be ESPECIALLY grumpy in the mornings. Will have to be sure to stay away from the forum at that time of day for a bit!

Ok everyone, write a note to self, "Must remember to avoid Jen in the mornings!" ..... and if not, be extra empathetic! I gave up coffee a good few years ago now, purely in the hope that it would help me sleep better (not sure that it did) I drink 10 cups of tea a day instead, :) 2 x spoons of sugar x 10 = 20 spoons a day x 7 = 140 a week !!!!!! ....... Oooops! ....... is that bad, it is isn't it! ...... but why? I've been doing it for years, and I'm only now, just beginning to put on a little bit of weight. Why IS sugar so bad? I justify it by saying that I don't eat anything else that's sweet, never bother with puddings and eat very few biscuits. As for nicotine, I've learned, that you need to have ya head, in a VERY good place, if you are to stand a chance of giving that up, and i don't see that happening any time soon.
