True Nudist Addicts.

It's generally recognised, that to overcome any addiction, you must first admit, that you are in fact addicted. So with that in mind, I have created this group for "TN Addicts" to come out of the closet and openly admit that they need help :) It is intended, not for those addicted to naturism, for we are all pretty much guilty of that, (and in most cases, that is not a problem) but...

Brainstorm Storm .

Ok, lets brainstorm storm some strategies to help cope with this addiction.

I thought it would be good to start with a kiss for the spouse, every time we log off :)
All us addicts could agree not to post anything on Wednesdays and Sundays, that would reduce the habit by nearly a third :)

Okay....here's my brainstorm...go away for a week, where you have NO access to the internet! Giving it a try tomorrow. Will let you all know how well it works in a week! (Do they make a TN patch to help with the withdrawal symptoms?)

What if you don't have a spouse, and 2 WHOLE days a week of not being here????? AHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!

OK, how about limiting ourselves to just 2 hours a day???? Of course this will be built on a trust factor. No sneaking on at 3AM !!!!! TRUST ME !!!!!!!! LMAO

Hehe...This is what I'm starting to do. Whenever I get an oops or the site pukes out on me (as it seems to do regularly) I take it as a sign that I shoudln't be online and log off. lol

I have a VERY loud, obnoxious timer on my oven that does NOT turn itself off. If I am going on TN, I set it for the time I want to spend there (ususally I don't start it until I am going to hit the chat and then I start it for one hour). I HAVE to get up to turn it off and I decide at that point if I want to stay longer!

Hehe...that's very true, mate. I don't see the oops anymore either, but it still pukes out on me. Just doesn't tell me it's puked out and I have to figure it out for myself. nowlol

After two bad summers and a winter, I've pretty much lost all my tan and it is going to take some getting back again. I have no problem with social nudity, but hate to be seen white as a sheet, and pics are out of the question. I was thinking that when it warms up, I will rather be outside than on here, so that might cure me, but now I'm not so sure, I've already lost a couple of nice mornings to TN, how about you?

Phil.
