TrueNudists Real Life Gathering
This idea has been bandied about on the forums the last little while. Basically, a few of us are thinking of setting up a real life meet somewhere in the world, a True Nudists Gathering if you will. So, if you are intersted, come here, post your ideas and we'll go from there.

Return to DiscussionsWell at this stage of the game, I think we should keep it all pretty open, sort of brainstrom. I do think that since many of the users here are in North America, I do think we should set up a meet somewhere in central U.S. I'm not saying that nobody should set something up in other parts of the world, people should feel free to do so, but since I'm in Canada and have no way financially to go over sea's, that's my first thought.
Anyways, my brain is kind of fried at the moment, so that's the only thought I have at the moment. lol...please feel free to add to it.
I like the idea of central US especially if it is far enough south to ensure it is warm enough. I have the added problem that I still have not gotten around to getting a passport for a meet outside the US/
Me too! .....let mine lapse, and now it costs an arm and a leg to renew it! :(
even though i am down under and would LOVE to host a get together here I Can also travel to other parts of the globe.. My pick for the first one would be Sth California only because i know some nudists there and also a very active non landed club with members being interested in meeting up and there are some nice Nudist resorts/clubs that we could work with.. eg Glen Eden Lupin, De Anza springs to name a few...
any way my suggestions.. and thanks Swift for setting this up .. smack for not letting me know LOLOl S*

While burning man is a great Idea. I think we should pick an area of central US soon. Probably a club, work a discount, so that it is cost effective. Last I heard of burning man, it was quite expensive. I would like to submit, that were this to really take off, you would need to find a club that was:
1) easily accessible, easy to find.
2) near major commodities; hotel, groceries, etc.
3) easy to reach, say off major interstate highways
4) willing to host a bunch of virtual misfits, in case we swarm the place.
How does everyone feel about that?

meant to also say reason I suggested Sth Calif because of the ease of flying in with many airports, buses, train stations user friendly and within 1 - 2hrs drive to location if to go to a resort.. I do not mind also meeting up with some who might want to do so next year in Summer and doing a small one to test out a couple fo potentail sites/ clubs etc

Hello, I'm new in this lifestyle and the idea of going togheter with other nudists is just very attractive. I live in Mexico, so it would be better for me if the place is more to the south. I like the idea of South California. As I have to get a visa and save money, I would preffer to do it next summer or so.....

It does seem that a lot of True Nudist members are based in the Americas but can I put a shout out to all those members who, for whatever reason, could not make it to a meet across the pond.
