Need Gas Boiler Service and a good joiner

1st one is to get the boiler serviced for the year and the gas safety check done,
2cnd I need a joiner to add a short balustrade to the top of a staircase and to finish some work in the kitchen, plinth
I am based in central london in the congestion zone. Have parking permits and willing to pay congestion charge too
