Generally just let it flow, but pull it back afterwards to get all the drops out

RE:Pissing with foreskinWhen standing, I pull the skin back. When washing in the shower and sitting, I just let it flow. When giving a Golden Shower, it depends on how the receiver is positioned to receive it, or how they desire to receive it; some want a spray, and others want a direct stream.
