I am exactly the same as pilotmike. have plenty when flaccid but doesn't cover my glands completely when hard :-/
Mine neatly covers the glans when soft ( though sometimes the tip of my glans is visible ) but retracts completely when erect so the only difference between me and a circumcised guy when erect is that its all original bodywork LOL and no scarring and its not over-stretched etc. Id hate to be cut and we never considered having either of our sons cut. To be honest Im always horrified when I hear of unnecessary circumcision. Apparently one of the motivations for circumcision as standard was to discourage masturbation! Foreskins have functions and definitely have many positives.

I was cut very tight as a baby. Discovered foreskin restoration a few years ago. Now I have full flaccid coverage while nude or wearing briefs. But loose clothing tends to make it slide back. I have wrinkled skin when erect, but no coverage.
I have always had a long foreskin. Full coverage when erect with a half inch overhang. An inch or more overhang flaccid. I'd love to stretch it to make it longer, but I can't ever remember to do manual stretching through out the day.

Actually measured the other day and it turns out flaccid overhang is about an inch when bunched up, but when the wrinkles are smoothed out its actually 1 and 3/4 inches. Can be stretched well passed 2 inches.
