Try go to home improvement stores and talk to people there. There are a lot of people need your handyman skill help. Dont' talk about money in the beginning. Just make friends and relationship. Sometimes when I go to big box stores, I wish I could meet an honest handyman helping with my projects. If you live closer I can use your help.
