How it came about
Return to DiscussionsI gave up meat several years before the other animal products, when I learned more about the issues. It really was just involving things I could find that I liked more. When I was enjoying foods I liked more I wasn't missing what I had given up, and it was worth that when I came to having the healthiest way I could find.
