Distinction in being vegan
Return to DiscussionsI eat whole foods that are plant-based, it is the healthiest way. I am vegan all the way. I avoid using things from animals that suffer from being used. When I became vegan after having been vegetarian, I thought of it as being a form of being vegetarian. I now understand vegetarianism seeing veganism is distinct from it. Vegetarianism is about what food to have, veganism is about eliminating contribution to harming animals. Being vegan is a part of me as being nudist is.
