Vegan Nudist Living

Communication here involving continuously vegan living, with acknowledging the issues for it, inclusive of animal abuse, for healthier ways for people to eat, having more food made available to people who starve from the produce being used to feed the animals who would be used, and for less effect on the natural environments of our world. And this is with support of our options to be nude when...

So far, it is like I am the only vegan nudist there is. I really know this isn't true, I find there are others in another medium besides this one, and have met another. But this place is for finding others I can talk with here. I would be more motivated to come to the True Nudists site with this having vegan nudists communicating here. It is not as pleasant talking with others who bring up their meals with the parts of animals in them, even if knowing I am vegan, making a point to do that.

I'm surprised there aren't more vegans in the Naturist/Nudist movement. Seems to me the two would go hand in hand.

You are right, there should be. There is more in healthiness and naturalness to both, and veganism and nudism are completely compatible.

Been vegetarian all my life, lacto/ovo style. But my research has led me to understand the great benefits of a 100% raw vegan diet, but only if it's intentionally grown on soil enriched with minerals in the right balance to make nutrient dense fresh food. Without that full nutrition is not there and the flavor of conventionally grown fresh food is atrocious, who could live on that and enjoy eating? The benefits are actually so massive I've been working on developing it and intend to start such a diet pretty soon. Soon as I get things growing this spring. And hopefully by winter i can be set up to keep up production of enough variety to stick with it.
Li Ching Yuen of China was one man who lived out his life (256 years) on a diet of primarily raw foods, choosing the ones richer in food value, such as berries and herbs rich in nutrients. Norman Walker of AZ was an advocate of raw foods and juicing of them to get more nutrition for the amount consumed. He lived to 132 according to his last wife, and died of a trail riding accident. There was a man in Australia who was a young athlete, he tried going on an all raw vegan diet and built endurance till he could run 100 miles per day for several days at a time, on just 500 calories of raw food per day. The book I have on wheat grass juice has research info on just adding that to one's diet with results heading that way significantly. It all makes me realize that our Creator specifically designed our bodies to run on raw vegan type diet, what Adam and Eve had in Eden. And our departure from that diet affects us far worse than anyone realizes. because we don't have much to go on for experimentation and study on what it really does for us. My study so far indicates it can create almost unlimited physical endurance for us and cut the rate of ageing in half or better. Check out Dr Lorraine Day and Annette Larkins. They both have been on a raw vegan diet for some time and both of them look and act half their age. Dr Day got cancer and desperately researched for a cure for herself, found it in the raw diet and stuck with it. Annette did it as sort of flyback from her husband being a butcher. He stayed on his normal diet with meat and look at the two of them now!!
