Return to DiscussionsSometimes you've got to travel to be in nude company! You should make your way to White Tail Resort near the town of Ivor. Since googlemaps seems to be avoiding your computer, Ivor is about twenty miles west of Suffolk, that's not far from Norfolk, that's not too far from Virginia Beach. Everyone knows where Va. Beach is, don't they? We don't wear any clothes here if weather is like it is today! Call ahead and come soon - you're missing out on something special.
I've only recently come to hear about Texas Beach on the north side of the James River, a place where nudity seems to be somewhat tolerated (this is not something I've learned through personal experiences, just to be clear). It's simple to find through Googlemaps and from what little research I've done, parking looks easy to find and then it's about scrambling around in the rocks for a secluded place to disrobe. If any of you Virginians have had personal adventures there, speak up, whether positive or negative. It looks lovely (google has nearly 1300 pictures to view!) and might end up being a day trip for us from White Tail on a nice weekend at supposedly only 1.25 hours drive.
