Clothing Optional Communities?

Not really looking to move, just more wondering why clothing optional communities aren't more common/prevalent in this area. But yes, the idea would be a neighborhood where one wouldn't live in fear of going out to get the paper, or taking out the trash, or washing the car, or gardening, or going for a walk or a run in the nude.
There is Pine Tree Resort in Crownsville, MD. It is near Annapolis, Maryland. Look up Pinetreeclub.org.
Yeah, looks a lot like Avalon -- nice, and I'd like to stop by at some point, perhaps after Ren Fest, but not so much a clothing optional housing development.
