Return to DiscussionsIt's interesting to note that it's not necessarily illegal to be nude in a national park as the Olympic Hot Springs is clothing optional. Of course, it is also not illegal to be nude in Seattle parks as there are two public nude beaches in Seattle. Perhaps Washington State Parks could just rewrite their laws to be more inline with the Feds and the City of Seattle, they wouldn't need to actively support nudity, just not prosecute it unless it is lewd and lascivious or threatening.
