What happened with this? Is it still dead? And can no one use Mazo beach?

We used to go to Mazo in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Always a good time.

I would say this is a dead issue. Satellite imagery shows the lot and the north end of the beach becoming overgrown. Someone wrote that they had read on the net that it was coming back but I have not seen anything.

No one goes there. The access is equally difficult through walking the now defunct path and the beach is being reclaimed by nature.

That being said.....Driving through for business, I did stop to see how this was the week after 4th of July. I did make a bushwack trail into the beach. I could not stay long but did go nude for 15 minutes before I had to leave to get on road. I would imagine that if a few people went discretely they could spend the entire day no problem.
