This past summer I did my first WNBR ride. Started with NOLA, Then Montreal and finally Philly. I am totally hooked and will do at least 3 of them a year from now until I can't ride anymore (hopefully a long time from now) Philly was the best and largest ride

Thinking of doing the upcoming Philly WNBR. I've been tracking some events thru Meet-up. I hope to go with a group from there and/or with some of you here!
Not sure, since I've been out in protected environments so far! Resorts or my backyard. Never truly "public!"
I was inspired by a young woman who came to the Sunny Rest WWG 5K, who nervously decided on joining us in the conversation pool (1st timer), and then had a great time! We hope to see her in August for the 7k, a little less covered up!
Who knows - I might even get up to Gunnison!

I'm also thinking about doing the 2020 Philly WNBR . Wanted to go last couple of years but just didn't make it happen. Anybody heard any dates?

Looks like they have cancelled the ride due to the rising numbers of pandemic cases in Philadelphia. Sad news, but understandable. Really great ride. The Chicago naked ride might happen in late summer, but not sure about that. Hmmm........

Is this official? The website does not have anything about it but given the circumstances it would not surprise me. I was supposed to drive up to Central and Western NY state then go to Montreal for the ride there, but I can not even get into NY state being from Florida without a 2 week quarantine. I guess my only hope for a ride this summer is if they reschedule Chicago late this summer

The Philly WNBR posted this info on their Facebook group the other day. So it seems pretty official. But I am not seeing updates on their site. Anyway, very disappointing for sure. Such a great naked event.

It looks like the Chicago ride, which usually happens in June, might happen in August. Not sure about the Boston ride--that is a small ride, really fun, usually in late summer. So.....maybe? It's all a bit up in the air.

Disappointing news, especially considering that we haven't been able to run around naked much this summer at all......
