Yes, I do nude everything, but in very RARE instances, wearing something (like a thong) seems useful to keep my balls in place so they don't bang each other or get compress in between my legs! Don't know about anyone else opinion, nut that...

I always excercise nude, its far more comfortable and easier, also nude treadmill running., and if weather nice nude running at the beach.
