Cyber Workout Partners
Return to DiscussionsI don't consider this a New(d) Year's Resolution, but rather getting more focused and trying new things. I'm looking for fellow True Nudists as cyber workout partners.
I bought a Garmin Vivosmart a year ago and love how it keeps me motivated and on my toes. I also bought a Polar H7 hear rate monitor because, i'm a geek, and like to measure my performance to know if I'm improving. (I've asked Santa to bring me the new Garmin Vivosmart HR this year so I might ditch the Polar H7 if the heart rate monitor on the new Garmin performs well.)
In addition to my gadgets I'm also on their online sites: Garmin Connect (Tuvix813), Polar Flow and and MyFitnessPal (Tuvix813). I like following other users as it keeps me motivated to achieve more activity than simply my personal best. I've also found nudist groups on the Garmin and MFP sites. (Polar only recently introduced groups and I haven't found any nudist groups but may create one myself soon.)
Anyone else on the above forums looking for cyber workout partners? Are there any groups of fellow nudists that aren't obvious nudist groups that anyone is aware of.
