If you want to participate at a World Naked Bike Ride but the event is too distant from your place of residence,
you may want to make arrangements in advance with other people who want to join the ride, and discuss
splitting the cost of transportation and (maybe) lodging. Anyone for a road trip?
If you are unable to participate but want to assist a WNBR event, monetary donations are always welcome, as well as your free time and services (printing flyers, fixing/assembling bikes, posting events on bulletin boards or social media, supplies/materials acquisitions, making announcements, sending e-vites to people, reminders via email, fund raising, provide security at the event, body paint, etc.). Contact the organizers of that particular event for more information regarding volunteer services and donations. Don't be shy, WNBR events are run and powered by volunteers.
The Columbus Ohio ride was a blast, the weather was very iffy and major storms in the area an hour before but it cleared out and the ride went on. Met a few people and one funny thing one I was chatting with is mutual friends of mine from Pittsburgh.If anyone is thinking of a ride just do it! so much fun.

I have ridden in the last five rides
and yes there have been a few problems however the overall experience
has always been fantastic.

Edmonton had to postpone their very first World Naked Bike Ride on June 13 due to bad weather.
They're giving it another shot this Saturday. Hope everything goes well for everybody.
