For everyone who's taken part, or would like to take part in the fantastic World Naked Bike Rides, which are growing all the time - 1,000 plus in London every June, and many more around the world.

Sounds like they did not have enough volunteers as opposed to any political or legal problems. Hopefully they will be back next year bigger and better than ever.

Portland is a relatively small city and putting on any event of that magnitude would be difficult.
