Anyone willing to grow along spiritual lines. If you practice yoga, meditation or any other type of mysticism. I like to invite you into this group especially if you view your body (and others') as a divine temple, a vehicle your soul uses to go through this physical experience. Enjoy yourself and post your views and ideas here. I have a published book about my views of this subject. You can...

Return to DiscussionsIn meditation, we focus on our breath. Not our heads with all the inventions and delusions we're prone to, but the living, breathing, body - in the moment, present, unarguable. Zen is very focused on doing our work - digging, building, loving - in the moment, wholly and wholeheartely. My body, naked, unmodified, glorious in the air and sun, protected under the covers or in the arms of a beloved, pulls me there and keeps me there. It is not a part of me, it is not something I "have". There is no I - that way lie all sorts of puzzles. But it IS. I celebrate, I share, and I move lotsa rock.
