I realise it's over a year later but did anyone end up showing up for cricket.
A picnic and games day would be nice one day.

Can't remember which year the ANZAC Day Beach Cricket Match ended.
It was a fun 20/20 match... Aussie vs Kiwis
Mel, the bloke who started the annual event and sponsored it via his own business, was no longer physically to attend the beach.
The ANF took over the event for a year or two, then it stopped... another annual event in the wind
