From Hilo Airport, take left onto Hwy 11 towards Volcano. Take left at Keaau onto hwy 130 towards Pahoa. Continue on highway 130 towards Kalapana, just past the steam vents and mile marker 15. Turn left on Kamaili Rd, towards Opihikao.
