Today I went to Rock Lodge for the first time. I have been wanting to get there for months but could not due to schedule and weather. I am very glad I made it there today. I am not sure I will be able to visit again before the end of the season in October but I hope to. Every one was very friendly and I enjoyed my time there very much. If I cannot get there again this season I am sure I will get there next year.

Glad you had a great first time at Rock Lodge today. You picked a great day weather wise to check out the place. I have been there twice this summer. I always have a great day there and never want to leave when its time. I know this summer went by faster then any other summer. The weather could have been better. Every time, I was off it rained or was too cool. I have only gone to Gunnison 3 times which is really rare. I usually get there anywhere from 6-8 times in the summer.
