About AthmaYoga_Tantra
Am a spiritual teacher...Deeply passionate about 'Naturist lifestyle' for over around 40 years. Naturism is a spiritual platform. Extending Naturism to go beyond body, to include both body & mind, is the essence of spirituality.
Nakedness in body is only the beginning....one should not stop with that and proceed further, to be naked in mind too.
Thoughts, emotions, feelings are the clothes of mind. One has to eradicate them to pursue further, to achieve nakedness in mind....
So, then, what does nakedness of mind means?
Its about uncovering or removing the sheaths / layers of limitations/ restrictions or the ignorance, hiding our inherent bliss or happiness....
Spiritual orientation & spiritual practices should go along with naturism, to attain maximum benefits...
Having been into spiritual naturalism and practicing the most direct & advanced spiritual path of Sahaja Samadhi Maha Yoga Tantra for around 3 decades, I wish to teach & guide spiritual naturists, with these very simple, most natural, amazingly effective and most advanced spiritual practices.
I have formulated the practices of 'Sahaja Samadhi Maha Yoga Tantra' - based on over 25 years of intense spiritual practices, and been teaching the same to many people all over the world.
It is the direct path for quick spiritual progress towards Enlightenment, great peace and happiness. Its the sure way for a healthy and joyful life as well.
To guide & assist everyone, on this amazing & wonderful spiritual way of life, is my mission.
