But there's a twist even though this music sounds angry and intense, it actually makes me feel really happy and alive. It's about taking all those tough feelings and turning them into something powerful and positive.There's this quote from the band August Burns Red that really gets it: "Angry music for happy people." To me, that means even though the music can be heavy and full of raw emotion, it's not just about being upset or angry.
