I was a single parent raising my son in the lifestyle since he was 18 mos old. He is grown now, and not a nudist. Other family members body shamed him and ridiculed his nudist lifestyle once he reached adulthood. Had he not chosen to live with them, he would be a nudist still. Growing up in a nudist home made him into a very confident individual with no shame and an outgoing personality. Just a few years of insults to his lifestyle ruined much of this. He is still outgoing and very tolerant of other views, but now feels he needs to 'fit in' with the mainstream and not be an individual. Don't let this happen to the ones you love.
