Who I'd like to meet
Having been parents for over 25 years, our youngsters have finally flown the nest and as such we now find ourselves with time to develop our friendship circle and explore new avenues. As such we're looking to connect with people that have similar interests and aren't too far away, allowing us to mix and connect frequently.
My Interests
We both love cooking together, entertaining guests, gardening, walking/hiking, holidaying at isolated or secluded cottages/barn conversions and being out on the motorcycle.

Music is a powerful medium and depending on mood it can sooth, lift, invigorate, answer a need, or salve a conscience and as such we have developed a rather eclectic choice of favourites. From the melodic styles of Simon & Garfunkel and Sarah McLachlan, to the more recent discovery of Karen Souza. From the earthy feel of Pink Floyd or deep and expressive sounds of Antimatter to the raw urgency of Staind or Linkin Park ( to name but a few). From the mournful and yet beautiful strains of Mozarts Requiem to the dancing beauty and joy of Vivaldis Four Seasons... and so it goes on.
