About Lebowski
I made my way to a beach where nudity was accepted in 2008. There wasn't much instruction or direction where I found out about the place and since California is unsure at best about nudity and officially does not allow it in state parks there were no signs. I parked my car at the wrong end of the beach and walked clear from one end to the other - it took two hours - until I saw other naked people. I kept my clothes on until then but I was determined to keep walking until I found the place. I haven't told any of my friends, but I gauge them to be not okay with coming with me. I have tried to go at least once a year since - when my schedule allows. I've been going to beaches and keeping to myself, but I'd like to start socializing.
I am not a strict nudist. I keep dressed in the cold and I don't despise having to go out into the textile world. I do prefer to be nude at the beach and in the hot summers I find the loss of clothing to be preferable to energy hungry air conditioning.
