I first discovered nudism during a beach trip with friends a few years ago. We ended up at a clothing-optional spot, and I was surprised by how comfortable it felt. Since then, Ive explored it a bit more on my own, mostly out of curiosity.
I have just done at sauna and a little at home, but don't do much as its only a small thing for me.
