I'm an anti-thought leader. I help people to see that they have thoughts, but they are not their thoughts. For the longest time I was confused. I though my thoughts were the absolute truth. These thoughts created train wrecks. Some of my train wrecks; bipolar; multiple sclerosis, extreme levels of stress. I was suicidal from the inner voice telling me I wasn't good enough, MS left me disabled, and through stress I lost a quarter of my body weight in 3 months. I had a big aha moment, and saw the lies from the mind. I shifted my mindset and made an amazing healing. I no longer have any signs of diseases ( 5 incurable!), no medicine, and no longer require a cane.
