- If anyone can provide guidance on this. I have tried five times to get certified and all I get is that there is an error with uploading the documents. I have tired two different computers and several different versions of the requested items. I submitted a ticket on Jan 29th and it is still marked as unread. Teamtrue has not responded back to my request for assistance on this. What is the secret too this? Thanks
