- While at lunch with my buddy, he asked about this site, and how things were going. I'm really fortunate to have some of the best men in my life who just love and accept me. Gay, naked and out of shape. God bless them! They overwhelm me with their awesomeness.
- My workouts have been totally disrupted. I broke one of my dumbbells. I bought the replacement part, and found a video tutorial online to fix it. It was like 6 simple steps. But, I couldn't get past step one, and I was hesitant to force it, in fear of breaking it and causing even more damage. I went to lunch with my best friend today and he did step one for me. Love that guy! Now I fixed the dumbbell and I am PUMPED to get back to arms and chest! I'm so excited.

- Had to take a couple of days off. I started working out again at the beginning of the year, but I had this thing with my shoulder...I was so bummed. This shoulder injury was not even from working out...it was from sleeping. So pathetic! I started back today and hoping that I won't be in pain tomorrow. Cuz I'm loving my lifting.
- I attacked the work out today! And today...it attacked back. I pulled a muscle, and inflamed a shoulder injury that I've been nursing. Aging is highly overrated.
- Ten pounds gone in twenty days! Thats how im doing 2018. I gotta say, yesterday might have been a pivotal day, lifting felt incredible and productive. Then to find out I hit my first mark has really given me momentum. New goal, ten more pounds, and today is yoga day. Tomorrow you will wish you had started today.
- What a great day! A really early morning appointment, then came back and knocked out an hour on the weights. Felt great to get a workout finished so early in the day. Been happy all day long!
- Told another friend I was a nudist today. Found out that she thought I dated a porn star in the 90s. It was a mix up, but why burst her bubble? Still have to do yoga.
- Squats yesterday.. Quads are burning today! Tried to talk myself out of doing yoga today because I knew it included lunges. But I powered through, and just did it. Feels good now!
