- About a Month ago, I started doing Polar Plunges in a Local Pond. It was like walking thru Razor Blades at first but it's gotten much easier, I checked the temperature this afternoon & it's down to 34 degrees. The Ocean is actually Warmer. I think once the pond freezes, we may move to the beach . . .
