- July 16 , 2024 . 10:30 PM . Hello and Thanks for the Friend Request . To answer your question posted . No Oval Beach does not have any open nude beach access anymore . An area north of the beach used to be privately owned . That land is now a protected shoreline preserve , with trails . but Oval Beach oversees that area , and doesn't allow any nudity to be seen anymore . Yeah , you have to be very discreet . Or face a ticket .
