I grew up in a pretty uptight family. Thanks to a wonderful girlfriend from a nudist family, I discovered the freedom of nudism even with an exhibitionist streak. These days, I feel happiest when I'm completely nude, 24/7 if possible (though Germany's winters get in the way!).
Nudism is also a social experience for me. I used to be shy and hesitant, but embracing this lifestyle helped me open up to others, feel more confident in who I am and lose my inhibitions.
