I grew up in a pretty uptight family. Thanks to a wonderful girlfriend from a nudist family, I discovered the freedom of this lifestyle. These days, I feel happiest when I'm 24/7 nude if possible (sometimes even where I should not be).
Nudism is also a social experience for me. I used to be shy and hesitant, but embracing this lifestyle helped me open up to others, feel more confident in who I am and lose my inhibitions. When we are nude, it is so easy to come together!
