My Interests
I love to keep fit. I work out a lot and do weights as well as the usual running and aerobic exercise. I want to look after my body because as I get old I will need it to look after me. I love long baths and audiobooks, making a fresh salad or stir fry, and I like the freedom to be myself and wander about my house as nature intended!
Movies
I was a big fan of Up! and a massive fan of crime dramas, especially more recently into the Scandinavian stuff on Netflix

My Heroes
Heros is a broad title - everyday people are heroes, the nurses working through the night, the people who empty the bins and get no thanks for keeping our streets clean. These are the real heroes.
