- With nude tanning at the gym and outside on my deck, I schedule a yearly checkup with my dermatologist a fantastic female doctor. I was standing there covered up around my waist and she said you dont have to wear that, so I was able to have a nude examination. She did say look how dark you are and no tan lines but she knows Im a nudist always great to report no issues . Wish more people and medical staff understood :)
