Got into nudism in my 20s when my guy friend introduced me to it. Started going nude at home more often, eventually visited some nude beaches, hot springs, and resorts. I love the freedom that nudity brings and hope that everyone gets to experience it at some point in their lives. We are all born naked, why should we be ashamed of it?
