I am a kind, thoughtful nudist man. I believe that being naked is the most natural, purest form of personal expression. I believe that nudism not only improves our general health, but helps us realize our maximum psychological functioning. Personally, I feel more empathetic, intuitive, and perceptive when I am nude. I feel a heightened sense of oneness with myself and the world around me. Being nude has been an important part of my life since I was young, even before I was aware of such a wonderful thing called nudism, when all I knew was that it felt right to be nude.
