- Hey Charlie, John and I arrived at his home about a week ago. Have been very busy painting, fixing and fluffy out a home on the property which we use as a long-term rental. The multi-year residents just moved out and we are getting ready for the new tenants, probably June 1st. As soon as that project is under control, I look forward to your offer to meet for a hike in your nearby forest.
